Supartz is a sterile viscoelastic solution designed to treat pain in osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. This solution contains purified, high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate, which closely resembles the natural fluid found in joints. Supartz acts as a lubricant and shock absorber, enhancing mobility and protecting the joint from further damage.

Composition

Each 2.5ml prefilled syringe of Supartz contains:

• 25 mg sodium hyaluronate
• 21.25 mg sodium chloride
