Refunds will be processed to the original card or bank account used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of a complete cancellation of the order before the courier voucher has been issued or/and the shipment process has commenced.
In cases of cancellations due to stock shortages or other reasons that prevent us from fulfilling the order on our end, all fees associated with the affected products, including any additional charges, will be fully refunded.
If an order is blocked by the destination country’s authorities or is returned to us due to the recipient’s inability to import or receive the goods, refunds will not be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with their country’s import regulations and that they are able to receive the shipment.
