At Direct Dermal Fillers, we are committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable international shipping. We partner with DHL Express to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible, regardless of your location.

However, international shipping times vary depending on the destination, and additional documentation or customs clearance procedures may be required. The customs processing time is unpredictable and can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days before the parcel reaches the recipient’s country. As a result, international shipments may take longer than deliveries within the European Union. Nevertheless, all shipments can be tracked in real-time using the DHL tracking system provided with your order.

 Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, due to strict pharmaceutical regulations, not all products on our website can be shipped worldwide. Products intended for subcutaneous administration are subject to highly regulated laws that prevent their export to certain countries. Each product page clearly indicates whether an item is restricted from worldwide shipping. Currently, shipping is allowed to all European Union countries and select Middle Eastern countries

Many online stores claim to offer worldwide shipping for these products, but in reality, they often fail to clear customs, leaving customers without their orders and at risk of financial loss.

For this reason, we only ship restricted products to approved regions, including all European Union countries and select Middle Eastern countries, ensuring that our customers receive their orders securely and without complications.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your delivery in real-time. We are committed to full transparency and will keep you informed throughout the shipping process.

Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the EU, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in your order total, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details. Direct Dermal Fillers does not calculate or estimate these fees.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 1 to 5 business days to be processed and dispatched. This processing time is necessary to ensure the accurate preparation of your order and may be extended due to high order volumes or the need to issue specific customs documentation for orders being shipped outside the European Union. We strive to keep you informed and minimize any delays.

Out-of-Stock Products

If any items from your order are out of stock at the time of purchase, we will promptly contact you with an update. You will have two options:

We can hold your order until all items are back in stock and then ship everything together.

Alternatively, we can ship the available items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock products.

In either case, we will notify you and work towards the best possible solution.

No Collections or Direct Sales

For tax and regulatory reasons, we do not offer collections or direct sales from our offices. All orders must be placed through our website to ensure proper processing and documentation.
